you’ve got this covered:

• MA/MSc in business, economics, informatics or social science
• Project and program management certificates: PMP, Prince2, Program Management
• English speaking

you’ve done this:

• Managed and led the delivery of at least three critical projects for clients in telecom and high-tech with substantial scope
• Driven business development initiatives for new clients: delivering proposals, pitches and more
• Engaged in multiple types of delivery models such as waterfall, agile and more
• Exposed to implementing new technology stacks
• Initiated new programs/projects, designed governance structure, composed delivery teams, bottom up planning
• Set up and executed performance reviews for delivery teams

and of course, you are:

• Result driven, getting things done
• Always in control, even when the going gets tough
• Respected for your extensive knowledge by delivery teams and senior (business) stakeholders
• Empathic, comfortable in a room full of unknowns, gregarious
• A born leader, able to handle pressure and conflict, leading the way when everything moves in opposite directions
