thehucproject Fall Gathering – 12 November 2015

Twice a year – in the spring and the fall – thehucproject hosts “a night to remember” for a group of like-minded, bright individuals with an impressive track record of getting projects done.

We share best practices, discuss the industry, exchange ideas, challenge each other’s solutions and have fun! It’s a trusted community to tap into on a short notice – also for new business opportunities, both within and outside of thehucproject.

Interested in joining? Have a look at our community section and sign up to meet us on 12 November 2015!

From distress to control

At the end of October, we launched our new social media campaign on LinkedIn – “From distress to control”. In the upcoming weeks we will launch several updates on “from distress to control” so more companies can reap the benefits of their ideas with the help of thehucproject.

thehucproject focusses on projects in distress where the outcome is unpredictable for the business owner who needs to get back in control. Our campaign emphasizes on this – follow it on LinkedIn.

website re-launch

A new office and a new campaign made us also rethink our website. We faced the challenge of meeting our deadlines while being committed to our clients’ projects at the same time. The solution was a minimum viable product – we kept the existing structure but updated the entire content and visuals. In addition, we created a roadmap for future enhancements.

And we succeded! We’re very happy with the result and are convinced that it reflects our vision on the needs of our current and future clients.

Please take some time to look around and share your feedback with us.

toolkit beta version available for selected users

Ever since the beginning of our careers, we use tools to support our daily work and the work of our clients. When we started thehucproject, we began to consolidate our knowledge and experience into thehucproject toolkit and successfully use that in our daily work.

We’re constantly improving our tooling, i.e. getting the best possible alignment between the high level scope and the business case on the one hand and the requirements and progress reports on the other hand.

This month, we have made a beta version of our newest toolkit available for selected users and are currently working on a release version. In the meantime, we keep on challenging ourselves and being challenged by our business partners to stay ahead of the tooling available.

thehucproject needs more space

Growing partnerships with our existing clients, new opportunities and an expanding team caused thehucproject to change locations. With our move we not only increased our office space but also moved closer to the very heart of Amsterdam. thehucproject is now located in Sarphatistraat 370.

The new office in an ancient warehouse with high ceilings and big windows – situated right at the bankside of Amsterdam’s beautiful canals – provides us with great space for more brilliant ideas to come to full fruition. We would love to welcome you, call Feike at +31 205 206 981 or connect via email.
